Recipe: Lightened-Up Tartar Sauce (using yogurt and mayonnaise)

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
LIGHTENED-UP TARTAR SAUCE

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber, seeds removed
2 tablespoon Hellmann's light mayonnaise (or real mayonnaise)
2 tablespoon Creole mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Stir to blend well.

Serve with Crab Cakes or your favorite fish dishes.
