Recipe: Mandarin Orange White Chocolate Filling (cake filling)

MANDARIN ORANGE WHITE CHOCOLATE FILLING
(cake filling)

10 ounce white chocolate
2 cups heavy (whipping) cream, divided use
2 cans (10 ounces each) mandarin oranges
3 tablespoon orange juice

Drain oranges then puree in blender.

Melt chocolate over low heat with 1/2 cup whipping cream, constantly stirring until smooth. Cool.

Whip remaining cream until light fluffy. Fold in to cooled white chocolate. Add mandarin oranges mix well. Cool 1 hour.

Refrigerate in an airtight container.
