Recipe(tried): Mango Sauce for Desserts

Linda, take a couple of ripe mangos, cut them into cubes, puree them in a food processor, taste, add sugar syrup if needed. Whip about a 1/4 c. heavy cream to med. stiff peaks and gently fold into the puree. Especially good on top of strawberries.
