Recipe: Quick Lemon Sherbet (using lemonade concentrated, blender or food processor)
Desserts - FrozenQUICK LEMON SHERBET
3 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate (half of a 6 oz. can)
2 cups crushed ice
1 medium egg white
In a blender or food processor, combine lemonade concentrate, crushed ice and egg white. Cover and blend at high speed until mixture is thick and slushy, scraping down sides, if necessary.
Serve at once, or store, covered, in the freezer. Beat again, if necessary, before serving.
Makes 4 servings
