Recipe: Maple Butter

1 stick unsalted butter
1/3 c. safflower oil
1/4 c. maple syrup

Soften the butter to room temperature. In a mixer bowl, gradually beat the safflower oil into the butter, blending thoroughly. Then, gradually beat in the maple syrup. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 week.
