Recipe(tried): Marinated Carrots

Marinated Carrots

5 cups cooked carrots (al dente) (You can use can carrots taste just as good)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup tomato soup
3/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

slice carrots; chop onion and green pepper. Mix sugar, oil, mustard, soup, vinegar, and salt together. Pour over carrots. Keeps up to 5 weeks. Good for leftover carrots.
