Recipe(tried): Meat for Modiga Sauce

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
must be tenderloin of beef. I cook in in a pan with melted butter and McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning. Make pan hot enough to sear steak nicely and cook medium rare.
