Mini-Cheese Cakes
Small muffin cups (the paper ones)
1 pkg. cream cheese
3/4 cup confectioners sugar.
1 carton cool whip.
vanilla wafers
Line muffin cups with vanilla wafers.
Mix all the other ingredients. Pour into
muffin cups. You can place a banana
on top of the wafter first. Chill 1 hour.
Unwrap and serve on a pretty plate, with
fresh strawberries.
