Easy Scalloped Potatoes

1 2-lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed style, partially thawed
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
Shredded cheese to your liking
Onions to your liking
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened

Spread potatoes in 9" x 13" greased pan.

Combine the rest of ingredients until smooth.
Pour over potatoes. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
