Multigrain Loaf (bread machine)

1 1/2 pound loaf

1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp applesauce, canned, unsweetened*
1 1/3 cup bread flour
1 1/3 cup wheat flour
1 cup multiGrain cereal**
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp yeast, baker's, active dry/or 1 1/2 instant
2 tbsp vital wheat gluten

*I used the unsweetened applesauce instead of the oil - you can use oil if you would like.

**I got my multiGrain cereal from the heath Food Store, it was 12 grain.
