NANTUCKET CRANBERRY PIE
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp almond extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a pie plate.
Toss cranberries with sugar and nuts and place in prepared pie plate.
Combine the topping ingredients and spread over cranberry mixture.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
ENJOY
