Recipe: No-fat Creamy Coleslaw (can be made with sugar substitute)

No-fat Creamy Coleslaw

Dressing:
3 T. plain nonfat yogurt
2 T. nonfat sour cream
3/4 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar (or sugar substitute)
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1-3/4 c. shredded cabbage
3/4 c. shredded carrot*

Mix dressing ingredients and add to vegetables. Toss well.
Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

* my own addition but you can add any julienned or shredded veggies, such as jicama, parsnip, anything.
