Recipe: Noodles Romanoff (noodles with sour cream and chives) - repost

Hi Angel,

Here is a recipe that makes a dish similar to Lipton's Sour Cream and Chives Noodles mix. Divide the recipe in half to make about the same amount as a package of the mix would make:
