Recipe: Oh-So-Good Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oh-So-Good Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins

Heat oven to 375F.

Combine butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.

Reduce speed to low and add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork.

Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned.
