This is sooooo easy to make it is scary...but it is also wonderful especially for those who love their Oreo cookies...This is a Tried and True recipe as I just got it this morning from my wonderful chocoholic friend and neighbor...one piece will not be enough...enjoy!!!!

8 (1 oz squares Bakers Semi Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 cup coarsely chopped Oreo Cookies

Partially melt chocolate squares in double boiler until 2/3 melted. Remove from heat and continue stirring until melted. Stir in cookies. Pour chocolate onto a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Gently tap cookie sheet on counter to smooth surface. Refrigerate until firm, about one hour. Break into pieces and store in container in fridge.
