Recipe: One Pan Banana Bread (using Bisquick)

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
ONE PAN BANANA BREAD

1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (3)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar (or a little less)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat all ingredients together vigorously. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes.
