Recipe: Onion Casserole

Onion Casserole

2 large Bermuda onions
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
sliced French bread

Preheat oven at 350F. Slice onions and saute in butter. Lay onions in casserole dish, cover with Swiss cheese and sprinkle with pepper. In a pan, cook soup and soy sauce until blended. Pour into casserole over cheese and onions. Top casserole with buttered slices of French bread. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
