Recipe: Onion Soup Mix Tips

I use the Onion Soup Mix with instant tea. The tea is just used as a "filler" and doesn't add or detract from the flavor. If you are going to skip the dehydrated onions, remember that about 1/4 cup (4 tb) of dehydrated onions equals about 1 tb. onion powder. I make my own onion powder from dehydrated onions by grinding them in a coffee grinder. You may also want to adjust the amont of soup mix you use, because it'll definitely be stronger.
