Orange Cinnamon Chicken

Date: 7-29-97

1 chicken, cut into serving pieces (pieces work well)
1/4 lb butter
1 cup sultanas
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp flour

Heat butter in a large skillet, and brown chicken. Remove pieces to crockpot as they brown. Combine all other ingredients, except the flour, to the skillet and mix well. Pour over chicken. Place lid on crockpot, turn on LOW and cook 4 -6 hours, or until chicken is tender. Remove one cup of sauce from the pot and combine with flour. Return sauce mixture to the pot. Turn pot on HIGH and cook a further 30 minutes.
