Recipe: Oriental Chicken Salad

Salads - Assorted
Oriental Chicken Salad
o2 -3 cooked chicken breasts - chopped
o1 head cabbage - chopped
o1/2 bunch scallions - chopped
o1/2 cup sliced almonds
o1 -2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles - broken up (Oriental or Chicken flavor)
o1/2 cup sesame seeds - toasted
oDRESSING:
o3/4 cup olive oil
o4 TBSP. red wine vinegar
o4 TBSP. white vinegar
o1 tsp. black pepper
o1 tsp. salt o8 tsp. sugar
o1 flavor packet from Ramen Noodles
Mix all salad ingredients in a very large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate. Just before serving, shake dressing well and pour over salad.
This is great eating and easy to carry. It makes so much I only used 1/2 head of cabbage.
