ORIENTAL COLE SLAW
2 pkgs ramen noodles, uncooked (seasoning packet not needed)
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 head cabbage, shredded (or 2 bags shredded cabbage)
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 cup salad oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Break up the uncooked noodles and saute in the butter until lightly brown. Add nuts and seeds; heat through. Mix with cabbage.
Combine ingredients for the dressing. Mix all together about 15 minutes before you eat.
