   another great dish i learned to love in australia. think you'd prefer this better. or the fresh aussie way -- eat them raw! squeeze somw lemon juice and just let the flesh flow into your throat! yum!

Oyster Kilpatrick 

oysters on the half shell
bacon
worcestershire sauce

Optional:
lemon juice 
cream 
freshly-ground pepper 

Grill the oysters, topped with the other. you might want to cook the bacon a bit first, as it takes much longer to cook than oysters.
