PAGACHI WITH MASHED POTATO FILLING

Try it with mashed potatoes in the center. This is how my family has always made it since i was little. Make your dough, make mashed potatoes, stuff the center with lots of mashed potatoes. Put melted butter on the top with brush, bake, don't cool-put more butter on top and then eat. it is very good. When I make it i just buy store made dough it easier and quicker.
