Recipe: Panera Portobello Bisque - Ingredients

I haven't found a recipe either, but I came accross the Bisque ingredients in Panera's website. You'll have to figure out proportions for yourself, but at least you know they're listed in order of decreasing quatities. Good luck!

Water, heavy cream, onion, light cream, Portobello mushrooms, mushrooms, tomato sauce, unbleached enriched flour, beef base, mushroom base, butter, modified corn starch, canola oil, sherry, roasted garlic, prosciutto, garlic, spices, dried Portobello mushrooms, salt, Tabasco.
