Recipe: Papaya Mango Relish

Papaya Mango Relish

6 serrano chile peppers, minced
juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced or 3 habaneros, minced
1/2 cup firm mango, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove; minced
1/2 cup papaya; diced

Combine the chiles, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic to make a marinade. Toss the diced fruit in the mixture and allow to sit for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
