Recipe(tried): Mango Lassi

A terrific Indian refresher!

Mango Lassi
Serves 2-3

1-1/4 cups plain yogurt
1 cup chopped ripe mango
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
8 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Some ice pieces may remain. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
