Peanut Butter Cream Pie
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
Filling:
4 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup milk
1- 500ml(2cups) container Cool Whip topping
crushed salted peanuts
Melt butter, add graham wafer crumbs. Put into 8" pie pan. Cool. Blend cream cheese and peanut butter. Add icing sugar and milk. Mix well. Blend in Cool Whip and spread over the crumbs. Top with crushed salted peanuts. Freeze 12-24 hours.
