Recipe: Bacon Sandwiches (appetizers)

Appetizers and Snacks
BACON SANDWICHES

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp milk
7 strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
3 Tbsp green bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp Worchester sauce
salt to taste
24 slices (approximately) white bread, crusts trimmed

Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth.

Stir in other ingredients.

Make sandwiches on white bread. Slice into thirds.

Makes about 36 finger sandwiches
