Recipe(tried): Perfect Prime Rib Roast

I have used this recipe several times turns out great.

PERFECT PRIME RIB ROAST

4 to 6 lb. Prime Rib Roast

Leave roast at room temperature 1 hour before cooking.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Salt and pepper roast.

Cook 1 hour at 375 degrees, do not cover or add water. After 1 hour turn over off. DO NOT OPEN DOOR.*

Forty minutes before eating, turn oven to 350 degrees and cook 40 minutes.

*Roast may stay in oven from 90 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
