Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats

Crock pot Roast
3 pd. chuck roast
1 pkg. dry beefy onion soup mix
3/4 cup water

Put the roast in the crockpot. In a small bowl mix dry onion soup mix with water. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 3-4 hours.
