Recipe: Pimento Cheese Spread

Appetizers and Snacks
PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 C. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 large dash Tabasco sauce
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped (save liquid)

Blend together and chill. If you wish a smoother paste, add pimento liquid and put through blender or food processor.
