Recipe(tried): Poor Man's Hash (using Spam, serves 2, 1930's)

A Popular Dish from the 1930's. This is serving for 2.

POOR MAN'S HASH

1 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (5 oz) can Spam Luncheon Meat, chopped
3/4 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp minced Parsley, fresh or dried
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt

In a large skillet melt the butter over medium-high heat. Stir
in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes or
until lightly browned and potatoes are tender.

Double recipe to serve 4.
