Pork Chop and Baked Potato for One

Here's one of my favorite (and easiest) meals. If I had read this recipe before I tasted it, I'd never have made it. I hate ketchup and the idea of sugar on meat revolts me, but this is really good - it's sort of like barbecued. Corn and/or a salad for a side dish, and you're done!
Makes One Serving

Turn on oven to 450 degrees.
Scrub and prick one baking potato.
Throw in oven.
Place one thick pork chop in small baking dish.
Top with 1 teaspoon brown sugar and one thick lemon slice.
Mix 1/3 cup ketchup and 1/3 cup water.
Pour over chop.
Turn oven down to 350.
Bake chop and potato for about 45 minutes.
