Recipe(tried): Pork Tacos with Citrus Salsa

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
PORK TACOS WITH CITRUS SALSA

Soft tortillas (warmed)
Pulled Pork (warmed)
FOR THE CITRUS SALSA COMBINE:
1 orange, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, torn small
1 tsp. lime juice
salt and pepper (to taste)

Simple and Good just with pork and salsa, or also good with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Fresh, lite, great appetizer, but we eat them as meals with jalepeno corn bread and honey-butter. GOOD STUFF!
