Pot Roast with Onion Soup Mix and Red Wine

One of the easiest pot roast receipes I've ever used is so simple, but there are variations that make it even
better.

1 pot roast
1 pkg. dried onion soup
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tbs. parsley
1 cup red wine

Wrap well in foil or cover well. Bake at 325 F for about 2 hours .

This works well with beef tips too, but cut down on thethe cooking time.
