Recipe(tried): Potato Soup (crock pot)

POTATO SOUP

6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
2 large onions, chopped
1 carrot, cut in slices
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 T. parsley flakes
5 cups of water
1 T. salt
Peper
1/3 cup butter
One 13-ox. can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in CrockPot. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour. Heat through.
