BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
OR 1 lb. bacon crisply fried and crumbled
6 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
10 slices french bread, cubed

Brown and crumble sausage. Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Butter a 9 x 13 in. casserole dish. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Repeat. Pour egg mixture over top. Let set in refrigerater overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until browned and set.
