Recipe: Pudding Easy Fudge and Instant Fudge Brownies for Dianne

Pudding Easy Fudge
Serves/Makes : 1 lb

1 pkg chocolate pudding and pie filling; not instant
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups Confectioners' sugar; sifted
1/4 cup Nuts; chopped

Combine pudding, butter and milk. Bring to a full boil. Boil gently for 1 minute; stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Quickly blend in sugar; add nuts. Pour into greased 8x4-inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.

INSTANT FUDGE BROWNIES

1/2 cup butter
2 env. (2 oz.) premelted, unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2/3 cup instant blending flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired

Melt butter in a pan and then add ingredients in the order listed. Pour in a greased 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
