Monkey bread -pull apart bread
Bread machine --1 LB recipe
makes a 20 roll / pull apart loaf
1/2 C milk
2 Tbsp. water
1 large egg
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 C bread flour
4 tsp, sugar
1 1/2 tsp.Bread machine yeast

1/3 C sugar white or brown
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Add milk, water, egg, 1 Tbs butter, salt, flour, 4 tsp.sugar & yeast to bread machine. Select dough/manual cycle.
When cycle is complete, move dough to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Divide into 20 balls.
Combine the 1/3 C sugar & cinn., Dip each ball into the melted butter. Then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Arrange HALF of coated balls in the bottom of a greased 6 1/2 to 8 quart oven proof ring mold.(or a casserole dish or bundt pan if necessary).Make a second layer ontop, placing balls between the balls of the first layer.
Top balls with any remaining butter/cinn-sugar. Cover and let rise until almost doubled, 30-45 min. Bake at 375* for 25-30 min. Cool 1 min on rack, then invert onto plate, remove pan. Serve warm.
