My son's daycare gave out this recipe. I've had it published in the local newspaper in their cooking section. Everyone loves it! 1/2 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 small box Crispix cereal (or rice chex or corn chex)
1 twelve-ounce bag chocolate chips
2 cups icing sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat. Pour over cereal in a large bowl and stir until coated. Pour icing sugar into large paper bag. Add cereal mixture and shake. Spread on cookie sheet and refrigerate until cold. Store in airtight container.

At the daycare, they gave each child their own paper lunch-bag and let them shake up their own small batch. In that case, there's no need to refrigerate. They don't last long enough to reach the fridge.
