Recipe: Corn Pudding (using frozen corn, flour, milk and eggs)

CORN PUDDING

"This dish goes well with fried chicken or ham."

2 cups yellow whole kernel corn, frozen
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 cups milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix together the corn, flour, sugar, butter and salt; set aside.

Whisk together the milk and lightly beaten eggs. Add to the corn mixture. Place in a casserole dish.

Bake until firm (about 35-45 minutes). Serve warm.

Makes 6-8 servings
