Recipe(tried): Strawberry-Banana Whip (blender or food processor)

STRAWBERRY-BANANA WHIP
(Diabetic Friendly)

2 very ripe large bananas (1 pound total)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup strawberries

Peel bananas and cut into chunks. Dip banana chunks into lemon juice. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheet and put into freezer. Hull and slice strawberries. Place strawberries onto cookie sheet with banana. Freeze at least 2 hours.

Place frozen bananas and strawberries in blender or food processor and whip until thick and creamy. If desired, return to freezer and whip again before serving.
