Raisin Sauce for Easter Ham
1/2 c brown sugar
1 t dry mustard
2 T cornstarch
2 T vinegar
1/4 t grated lemon peel
2 T lemon juice
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c golden raisins
In saucepan, mix sugar, mustard,and cornstarch. Slowly add the other ingred. ,stirring well. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Makes 2 cups.
May be refrigerated and reheated.
