Recipe: Ramen Noodle Coleslaw (using coleslaw mix)

Ramen Noodle Coleslaw

1 bag coleslaw mix
2-3 green onions, sliced
2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 c. sunflower seeds, toasted
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 package chicken ramen noodle soup mix
4 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. sugar

Combine coleslaw mix, onions, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and ramen noodles. To make dressing, mix together red wine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and the contents of seasoning packet from ramen noodles. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture just before serving.
