Recipe: Raspberry Green Tomato Jam

Raspberry Green Tomato Jam

2 cups finely chopped green tomatoes
2 cups sugar
1 small box raspberry gelatin

Mix chopped tomatoes with sugar and bring to a boil. Add gelatin cook and stir well until thoroughly blended. Store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
