Recipe: Re: !SO: Something Different

Misc.

This is really good, looks good and smells great. I serve it often and I gave it to my sister who served it when her in-laws came and it went great!

Italian Chicken

6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 red pepper, chunked
1 green pepper, chunked
1 tsp oregono
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 frying chicken, skinned and cut in pieces or 6 chicken breasts
1 lb mild italian sausage, cut into 1 in chunks.

Grease a 9X13 pan, arrange potatoes, peppers in the bottom, combine the seasonings and sprinkle 1/3 over potatoes. Layer chicken and sausage, sprinkle with the rest of the spices, cover and bake 375 for 1 hour+.

You can use the yellow peppers too. Makes it more colorful. Easy to put together and shove in the oven, lets you visit.
