Recipe(tried): Really Good Meatballs

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
I always use ~ 2pkgs LEAN ground beef

ground beef
fine bread crumbs
montreal steak spice (to taste = 2tbs)
garlic powder (to taste) - I use lots
worcestershire sauce
pepper
1 beaten egg or a splash of milk

mix together,(if mixture is too wet, add more bread crumbs) shape into balls and fry until browned or use the braise on the microwave

these meatballs go like wildfire with everyone!!
taste great in gravy but best in homemade spaghetti sauce. TRY THEM THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!
