CLASSIC WHITE BREAD
Source: Regal Bread Machine Recipe Book
Makes a one pound loaf
All ingredients at room temp.
Given in the order they are to be placed in the loaf pan:
6 to 7 ounces water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Select basic or rapid setting. Press start. When the display reads 0:00, press stop and remove the bread.
I have the original recipe book and can give you more recipes that are in it if you need them.
