Rice-A-Roni Salad
Source: Cookbook USA
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 small cans chicken
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/4 cup Pet milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. vinegar
Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to directions, then cool.
Add chicken and chopped Rotel tomatoes.
Blend remaining ingredients; stir into rice mixture and chill.
Serve with crackers.
