Recipe(tried): Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

If you want to use ROASTED garlic in your mashed potatoes, omit the garlic from the above recipe while cooking the potatoes. Cook and drain potatoes as directed. Roast the garlic while the potatoes are cooking. (Depending upon the method of cooking - oven versus microwave, you may have to start the garlic roasting prior to starting the potatoes.) When roasting is completed and potatoes have been drained, squeeze each clove of roasted garlic into the potatoes. Add other seasonings, butter, or cream/milk as you desire and mash.
